All items are made to order, so please allow up to a week before shipment. All fabrics are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. Please request a swatch if you are uncertain!
International Orders
Please contact us before placing an order from outside the US. You will be responsible for all customs and duty charges.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 5% will be added if your bill to or ship to address is in the state of Massachusetts.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges received with a completed return / exchange form, tags attached, unworn, and unwashed within 30 days after purchase will be offered the following:
- Feel free to try on apparel at home! If it doesn't work out, no problem, send it back for an exchange.
- If an item does not fit you properly, please contact us within 5 days of receipt.
- We will be happy to exchange it for another size or refund provided in the method of store credit (do not include shipping costs).
- Please review the sizing chart before ordering, and take your measurements over typical undergarments.
- If you do need to exchange an item, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return USPS shipping costs.
If you would like to make a return, just complete the following steps:
- 1. Request a return form by contacting ETERNITE, INC. customer service at 617-308-1555 or via email.
- 2. Fill out the return form, include the name on the original order, order number, exact SKU & size of the styles you wish to return, and provide a valid email address & phone number.
- 3. Pack everything back up in the original packaging. Please note, customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Shipping & Handling Rates:
ETERNITE, INC. ships all packages Priority Mail via USPS.
- Orders with up to 5 items - $6.40
- Orders with 6 - 9 items - $8.40
- Orders with 10 items or more - $11.40
Exchanges must be received back within 30 days of the date of purchase in order to be accepted and in order to issue a refund.
Shipping on international orders will not be refunded.
We stand behind our products 100%. We inspect all items before we ship them, however, we will replace any defective merchandise returned in its original packaging within fourteen days.
Refund or exchange will be valid ONLY on items that been purchased on eternitefashion.com. We offer online voucher store credits, no cash refunds are given for online or in store purchases.
